Equipment that arrives working.

Rental is not really about the hardware. It is about whether the right kit is on site, installed, tested and functioning before the first guest arrives — and taken away cleanly afterwards.

Professional large-format display on a freestanding mount at an event

01 — Overview

The hardware is the easy part.

Anyone can supply a screen. The part that decides whether an event runs is quieter: confirming that this specific item is free on those specific dates in that specific market, getting it to the venue inside the access window, installing it, testing it, and having somebody available if it stops working at seven in the evening.

Our inventory is held per market, so availability is answered against the dates you give us rather than against a general catalogue. Delivery, installation and collection are part of the supply, not a separate conversation — because equipment that arrives without anyone to install it has not really arrived.

02 — What we provide

Confirmed availability, delivered and installed.

Availability per market and dates

Stock is tracked for the Saudi and UAE markets separately, so a confirmation means that item, in that country, on those days.

Delivery and installation

Transport to the venue inside the access window, installation, and testing before handover.

On-site testing

Equipment is powered up and checked on site, not signed for in a flight case.

Collection

Dismantling and collection after the event, coordinated with the venue's own schedule.

Pricing after review

Pricing is supplied privately once your request is reviewed, against the dates, the quantities and the location.

03 — What we rent

The categories held in inventory.

04 — How we work

Availability first, price second.

  1. 01

    Send the list

Items, quantities, dates, venue and market — through the rental request form.

  2. 02

    Availability confirmed

We check the inventory for that market and those dates before quoting anything.

  3. 03

    Pricing supplied

Priced privately against the confirmed list, delivery and installation included.

  4. 04

    Delivered and collected

In on your access window, tested, and out again after the event.

05 — Where it applies

What the equipment usually supports.

Conferences and summits
Screens, sound, lighting and registration desks for multi-day programmes.
Exhibition stands
Displays and furniture for a stand, whether or not we built the stand.
Corporate functions
Gala dinners, launches and internal events in hotel and venue spaces.
Activations and roadshows
Kit that has to travel between locations on a schedule.

06 — Why Elite Marcom

Why the kit is on site and working.

A

Availability answered honestly

Stock is tracked per market, so we do not confirm an item we cannot actually put on the truck.

B

Installed, not just delivered

Delivery, installation, testing and collection are part of the supply.

C

The team behind it runs events

The people supplying the equipment also run events, so the kit list is sanity-checked against the programme.

07 — Selected work

The rental inventory page lists what is available with photographs, specifications and stock for each market.
