What our forms collect, and why

This website has no accounts and no tracking-based advertising. We collect information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Contact enquiries — your name, company, email, phone, market, service interest, project details and preferred dates, so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Corporate-gift requests and availability notifications — your contact details plus the products and quantities you selected, so we can prepare one consolidated private proposal or tell you when a product becomes available.
• Rental requests and availability notifications — your contact details, rental dates, venue and selected items, so we can confirm availability and coordinate delivery.
• Career applications — your name, contact details, location, portfolio or LinkedIn URL, introduction and optional CV, used solely for recruitment.

Every form requires your explicit consent before submission, and each submission records the version of this notice you agreed to.

Abuse-prevention metadata

To protect these forms from automated abuse we process a small amount of technical metadata: a one-time signed form token, an anti-bot check, and a one-way hash of your IP address created with a dedicated secret. We do not store plaintext IP addresses. This metadata is used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention and is kept to the minimum needed for that purpose.

Corporate-gift catalog data

Product information shown on the Corporate Gifts page (names, images, stock levels, branding options) comes from our merchandise supplier and is used solely to display the catalog and its availability. Browsing the catalog does not send your personal information to the supplier, and submitting a request sends it only to Elite Marcom.

CVs and career applications

CVs are stored privately, outside the public web directory, protected with authenticated encryption, and are accessible only to the people involved in recruitment. They are never published or shared with third parties.

Expired records are deleted automatically on a daily schedule.

How your information is protected

Submission payloads and CVs are protected at rest with authenticated encryption (AES-GCM), using keys kept separate from the data. The website applies strict transport security, content-security headers and server-side validation on every submission.

Your choices — access and deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@elitemarcom.com for any request. For career applications you may also write directly to hr@elitemarcom.com. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email.
