Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance outreach and visibility.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide on-site support during conferences and exhibitions as required.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget Management:
- Manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
- Forecast revenue and track financial progress against targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in conference and exhibition sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles, particularly in the events industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during event periods.
